There are a number of factors that affect the cost of a home inspection.  Location is a primary driver of cost.  The further from ZIP code 57264 that an inspection is located, the higher the cost due to time and mileage requirements.  Age and condition of a home are another factor.  Older homes, homes with multiple kitchens or heating systems, or homes that have extensive visible deficiencies take more time to inspect and are therefore, more expensive.
